Gilt bronze statue of the Tibetan Buddhist goddess Usnisavijaya seated in full lotus position on a double lotus pedestal. Garb is that of a bodhisattva: carved elaborate jewellery and princely robes with flowing scarves. Unclothed above waist. Three heads, the right one with a fierce expression, all with a third eye of wisdom on the forehead. Eight arms with two mudras (hand gestures), charity and assurance, and one attribute, Amitabha Buddha on a lotus throne, on palm of hand of top right arm. Facial features painted black and red, necklace inlaid with semi-precious stones and topped by a seated Buddha Vairochana.
