A round turned wooden box with a dome shaped lid. The outside has been decorated with animal motifs and a man on horseback. These have been painted directly on the wood in black outslines and finished with a layer or varnish. There are floral borders in red and black at both the base of the box and the lid. The inside of both has been painted green with a red rim.
