Taxidermy case of three adult male and two adult female Eurasian Tree Sparrow. According to Edward Hart, writing on 6 April 1927, 'Left (no 1): adult male; middle top (no 2): adult male; top right (no 3): adult female; middle right (no 4): adult male; bottom middle (no 5): adult female. Obtained by me at Cherston, Parley and Mill Stream, Christchurch in 1875, 1876, 1879, and 1889. Sexes alike; summer and winter plumage the same'.
