Balancing top made up of two parts; the stand and top. The top has a figure formed from a cylinder of wood that is shaped to form a head and conical hat at the top, is tapered at the bottom and has movable arms nailed to the cylinder. Through the tapered section is a piece of wire with short, cylindrical, wooden weights on either end. The wooden parts are decorated with abstract pink flowers with green foliage. The stand is formed of a tapering handle with a round top that is flat with a hole at the centre, into which the top balances. The stand is made from wood and is decorated with abstract pink flowers with green foliage.
