toy house

A wooden model house. One side consists of two large hinged doors, each with sliding panels. There are some paper-covered panels above the sliding section, so that when they are opened the entire interior is revealed. Inside is a raised area on the left with a cupboard above it with sliding doors and several drawers, again high on the back wall. On the right is the kitchen area with a standing tap and a sloping floor with a drain at bottom. Above are shelves set at an angle. A pillar dividing the kitchen from a raised area has a god shelf (kami-dana) attached high up.
