One of a schoolboy's set of lesson books, woodblock printed with thread-stitched binding. One of four volumes of 'Xin Zeng You Xue Gu Shi Qiong Lin' (Newly Revised Preliminary Study Story Books), from an original copy compiled by Cheng Yun-sheng (Mr. Yun-sheng Cheng) in the late Ming period. This edition has annotation written by Zhou Sheng-mai (Mr. Sheng-mai Zhou) in the 25th year of Qianlong period (1760), published by 'Hua Lin Tang' (Hua Lin Studio).
