Food carrier with separate lid. The sides are made of a sheet of cork curled into a cylinder and held into place with wooden pegs as is the circular base. The handle is formed of a strip of wood bent into a semi-circle and held in place with two wooden pegs with pyramidal finials. The lid is made of a disc of cork with a rounded, stepped knob at the centre. On the underside of the lid is a purple stamp with an inscription inside an oval.
