saucer (food service)

Saucer made of white porcelain, with handpainted decoration of red and blue flower, with leaves. It was made in Sweden, and collected in Uppsala, Sweden.

The makers mark for Gustavsberg Porcelain Company shows that this was produced in Gustavsberg, a locality of the Värmdö Municipality, which is in Stockholm County, Sweden. The ceramic has been dated via the design name, RANKA, which was designed by Stig Lindberg and produced between 1942 and 1965.
