One of a pair of leggings for a man's dance costume. Purple velvet decorated with couched purl and sequins in a design with a central flroal stem and foliate branch to either side. Lower edge has a border panel with metal thread trim above and below enclosing a band decorated with sequins and yellow binding. Secured with a cord which is wound round a row of buttons on either side.
