Woman's bridal crown, gelungan penganten. Circular dome-shaped base of basketry covered with black velvet to which has been affixed at the front a band which sits above the wearer's forehead. The band is of red card, covered at the front with a strip of openwork in gold-coloured metal in a decorative design of diagonal geometrical and floral shapes with some artificial gemstones set in it at intervals. To either side of the band is a vertical leaf-shape of similar design and construction from each of which hang five metal chains with foliate metal shapes, all coloured gold. Above the band is a strip of small artificial gold-coloured metal flowers extending across the front of the crown and down each side. At the back of the crown is fixed a vertical arch-shaped element covered in black velvet from which a collection of gold-coloured metal artificial flowers extends above and to the front of the crown. Each flower head is attached to a spring set in a metal stem. Into the arch at the back is set a dense collection of artificial yellow cempaka flowers made of ribbon with a single red artificial rose at the top; beneath the arch is a metal grid covered with artificial flowers in gold-coloured metal. Behind the artificial rose are two plaques with a garuda head on the outside.
