Parang with a bone handle and a wooden scabbard covered with woven rattan splits in a red and white twill weave on the front, and plain rattan on the back, except for the extended mouthpiece and foot. The hilt of the sword has a metal collar embossed 'H.W.', and below that in smaller letters 'D.R.P' and the figure 1 in a circle.
