A strip of flattened metal shaped into a point at one end to be inserted vertically into the dancer's hair at the back of her head. The top is folded to hold 9 coiled wires, each terminating in an artificial flower. Those in the front five are floremed of five elongated petals of gold-coloured metal foil impressed with pleats. The four at the rear are of one such petal only
