Square Mongolian hat with inverted rim, made up of four triangular panels of brown machine woven fabric decorated with yellow green and red machine stitching, sewn together with a band of black velvet between and meeting at the apex. From the apex is a string of two plastic pale jade-coloured beads, with yellow tassel below. The upturned rim lined with black velvet and the inner hat is lined with red machine woven cotton.
