Hako Seko set, in a wooden box with no lid, which is divided into two compartments. One compartment contains a white silk handkerchief container with embroidered pine, flowers and crane (tsuru) motif , with red binding to edges. A perfume pouch (kaori-hukoro) is attached to this by a double orange cord, along with a rectangular card model sheath from which hangs a double cord with two decorative knots, ending in a cream and orange tassel. The second smaller compartment contains a silver hair pin (kanzashi), wrapped in paper. The main disc above the pin, formed of a double wire, has bird, flower and leaf motifs. On the reverse are three magatama shapes, which are lucky and protective. Seven further smaller discs with chrysanthemum impressions are each suspended from the main disc by a chain.
