Circular hat with vertical outer band and flat top gathered in pleats. Seam at one side of outer band extending to hole at centre of top. Inner lining undyed cream calico; outer has applied black fabric with red brocade detailing and applied multi-coloured embroidred decoration (predominately red), some gold-coloured metallic strips and white machine stitching. Small red tassel at top to one side.
