Paddle-club of tapering collarless form (Mills’ type A2), with slightly flared butt and shallow arched lug. The upper half of the club is engraved with a series of motifs in right angle triangular zones depicting a number of matting and bark cloth motifs. At the upper end are three human figures and a long tailed Tropicbird. The lower panel on both faces is unfinished.
