Slide trumpet. Brass body, mounts and garland. Ferrules and mouthpipe embossed with spiral design. The return mechanism is a band of rubber. Decorative pommel on bell branch. Mouthpiece and crooks missing. Bell garland with embossed floral decoration. Inscription stamped in a ring around the garland reads: T. HARPER'S IMPROVED MANUFACTURED by I KOHLER T. HARPER'S IMPROVED MANUFACTURED by I KOHLER; A crescent shaped outline on the front of the garland contains the stamped inscription: 35/Henrietta/St/Covent Garden/London
