Red textile head scarf from Egypt. The scarf is triangular in shape and has a netted textile, with a small mesh, giving the scarf a slightly transparent appearance. Woven through the red textile are bands of gold and silver thread. Around two edges of the scarf is a tassel effect of twisted red textile for decoration.
