medicine rattle

Part of a medicine bundle in the form of a rattle. The rattle is made from a strip of leather (with fur attached) sewn together at the sides with a wooden stick inserted and extending from it to form the handle. Two feathers are attached to the corners of the rattle. The handle is wrapped in a long strip of leather holding a bundle of hair in place at the end.
