Waistcoat made from cotton textile with 2 light green decorated felt panels on the front. The garment is lined with tabby woven cream cotton textile. The back consists of cream cotton textile with a printed, red, floral pattern. The front panels are decorated with couched and braided silver-coloured metal-wrapped thread, gold-coloured ribbon, and small triangular sections of turquoise felt. The closure consists of buttons and loops made from braided silver-coloured thread. The front opening is edged with a black and silver-coloured braid.
