Part-carved Noh mask of the Lady Ko-Omote. The mask comprises an oval-shaped block of wood, with the facial features drawn in pencil. One half of the face has the features carved. There is an inscription on the reverse. Also see 1983.110 and 1984.30 - 31 for the stages in the carving sequence, and 1983.108 for the finished mask.
