Rectangular black floor felt with multicoloured, embroidered decoration on one side. The textile is sewn together from smaller sections. The decoration consists of a centre panel and a border. The decoration on the panel consists of 4 bands with curved edges ('Tree of Life'). Narrow feather stitch bands are on either side. The border consists of X motifs within feather stitch borders either side. The whole border is edged with a woven braid ending in a fringe at both shorter ends.
