Horniman Museum medal worn by attendants in the early 20th century. The medal has a decorated pin, to which a strip of wine coloured ribbon is attached. At the bottom is a shield with a couchant lion on the top, a decorative floral border and a smooth centre with H M engraved onto the surface.
