Carnival hat constructed from woven vegetable fibre/straw dyed brown in two circles around the crown. The hat is sewn together with white, orange and red cotton threads. Decorated with nine artificial silk ribbons attached in groups of three in purple, red and yellow. Plaited orange and green strap/tie.
