321.331 Half-spike or tanged bowl lutes

Guinbri; spoon-shaped lute. Composed of a pear-shaped wooden body attached to the end of a wooden rod neck. Two pegs set at right angles. Turned finial. Two strings which are attached to a fork at the lower end of the neck, with an opening cut through the skin table. The neck is decorated with bands of red and black. Pegs unmatched.
