Bead necklace. Blue beads symbolise peace and worshipping God. Threaded on wire and sweet-smelling grass stalk which is stretched (NASUNGOYO sing, NASUNGOYONI plur). The father wears beads on his head when son or daughter are being circumcised. The wife must wear beads as she gives birth so that God will prevent mishaps again. They also use beads as a rosary. this one was manufactured in Mdrijoi. Made by married women and mothers.
