Sixteen-keyed clarinet in B-flat. Index card reads: Sixteen silver-plated keys (including two "spectacle" keys) of modern design mounted on pillars: duplicate G sharp/D sharp for L4: duplicate E flat/B flat for R1: brille on left-hand joint for vented F sharp: crossover throat-register G sharp. Ebonite, now dull olive green: black bell with wide metal rim. Mouthpiece probably original. Little finger keys rollered. Thumb hole lined. Spring of shake key for R1 needs fixing and key adjusting. Some repaddling and relapping probably needed. Generally in very good condition. Middle tenon chipped externally.
