A sample of embroidery with repeating angular designs in two tones of red silk, and black silk on an extended tabby, M&O, white silk background. It is identical to object 1969.662 with which it forms a pair.
Acquired by the donor's aunt, Miss Hilda Sparks, at turn of the 20th century.
