Spear with an iron blade and spike, socketed on the ends of a long wooden shaft. It has a leaf-shaped blade with two small projections near the base, and four rows of short lines incised along its length on both sides. The shaft is decorated with two sets of, mainly very short, tufted red hair, with a band of black hair near the centre of each. The sets are separated by a space for a handgrip. The lower set has a long fringe of red hair at the base end. The butt end spike is square in section. There is a white paper disc stuck on the lower shaft, inscribed `1’.
