Shield, circular, painted black front and reverse, with decoration on front of glued-on pieces of silver metal in form of spoked wheel. Front slightly concave, rim edged with bamboo. Wood is split in centre. Double handle on reverse, set in two cross-pieces which span the diameter of the back.
