Pipe case and inner section. Made from horn. Gently curved and ore or less oval in section. Inner edge of curve shows natural texture of outer part of horn. Small decorative motif on rim of outer case, whose lower half is decorated with carved motifs of persimmon fruit and leafy sprigs in a vase.
