Three lamps as used in opium smoking with detachable parts, held in an oval tray. These opium lamps were designed specifically to facilitate the vaporization and inhalation of opium. The font is made of paktong, a copper, nickel and zinc alloy. It is flower-shaped with a smaller domed top and a circular opening at centre with upright rim. The wick holder is also of paktong, with a tube and screw-on cap with upright rim for capping the font as well as to keep the wick immersed in oil.

These opium lamps were designed specifically to facilitate the vaporization and inhalation of opium.
