Man's loincloth for best wear, comprising rolled bark fibre strings and finely shredded strands of dried leaf. These strands of leaf are dyed purple or left natural, and two panels of them have been constructed by layering and overlocking to create a striped thatched appearance. These panels are attached to the string belt and the garment is intended to hang in front of the genitals and between the buttocks, while being tied on one side.
