Paula Thomas
Paula Thomas was the Director of Finance and Corporate Services at the Horniman until 2024, and as a member of the Senior Management Team she had responsibility for Finance, HR and IT.
As a former member of staff, she was also Secretary to the Board of Trustees and Company Secretary for both the charitable company and its’ trading subsidiary, Horniman Museum Enterprises. Her role covered many other areas of corporate services.
Paula worked at the Horniman for over 25 years and prior to that worked at the accounting firm KPMG, where she qualified as an accountant and gained experience across a wide range of industry sectors.
She is also a member of the Institute of Taxation and holds a degree in Maths, Operational Research and Economics from Warwick University.
