Very large, rectangular, cream-coloured barkcloth decorated with brown pigment, and slightly glossy black pigment. The textile is divided into a centre panel and a border. The centre panel is separated into two stripes by one of two different patterns contained within each rectangle. The light patterns within have been rubbed. The darker brown outlines have been drawn on afterwards. In one stripe, each rectangle is divided into four rectangles. Each two diagonally opposed rectangles contain the same repeat pattern. In the other stripe, each rectangle is decorated with a lattice pattern. Each of these smaller areas is decorated with linear patterns. The rectangles in each stripe are decorated with alternating one or two circular black motifs. The border is divided into smaller rectangles, which are predominantly painted with paired sets of diagonals.
