Almost rectangular sample of a stiff, diaphanous, tabby-woven cotton textile decorated with tie-dyed patterns ('bandhani'). A large section from one of the corners is missing. The decoration consists of alternating rows of either larger yellow and red diamond shapes, or sets of 3 small white diamond-shaped outlines.
