Spear with metal blade socketed on the end of a long wooden shaft. Lozenge-shaped blade, with central ridge lengthwise on one side. The shaft is decorated with two sets of red and black hair in alternating bands. The top set with five longer hair bands, the bottom set with four very short tufted fringes and below that eight tufted hair and bristle bands, the hair getting longer on each band towards the base. The two hair sets separated by a space for a handgrip. The butt end of the shaft is pointed, and between the lower hair set and the point a bamboo tube tightly covers the shaft.
