Ceremonial spear with a forked wooden head, from which a human bone point has been removed, although the coconut fibre binding to secure it remains in place. The neck of the spear widens to a highly abstracted janiform carving with accentuated nostrils. The shaft is of stout bamboo, and has been cut down 385mm below the chin.
