Set of postal desk scales made of wood and brass, with six brass weights and three old pennies. There are three 8 ounce (oz) weights, and one each of 4oz, 2oz, and 1 oz. The three pennies are dated 1915, 1962 and 1967. The scales have an ivory-coloured plaque on the front listing inland letter rates. The wooden base has three depressions for the weights to sit in. Two of the 8 oz weights do not appear to match the rest of the weights in the set, being a slightly different shape and design.
