A square bottomed clear glass dispensary flask with a round stopper and a handpainted front.
"Ω ABUI" is written in black ink within a white oval. Beneath the writing is a symbol, much like a flower with four petals. Beneath the white area, is a yellow flower and above it is a yellow crown adorned with 3 fleur-de-lis. Much of this design is worn away. In the bottom left hand corner, the number 19765 (also worn) is written in black ink. On the back there is a paper label, on which is written "4053 22/"
