Spear shaft, possibly, formed from a long cylinder of wood that is split in two at one end with a small peg. The tip of the shaft is covered with iron alloy that tapers over the tip. The other end of the shaft has remnants of red paint on it, which goes down to a binding of string. There is a metal ring above the string.
