Metal box with a detachable lid, oval and gold in colour. The box has sides formed of rectangular panels that have repousse decoration of animals, including a lion, peacock and elephant amongst others. The lid is decorated in repousse technique but is roughly made in comparison and may be a replacement. Around the side of the lid is a repeating triangle design, and around the top is a repeating, circular motif border. In the middle of the top of the lid is a raised motif.
