A toy made from lacquered wood. The toy consists of a pole with a sliding toggle. There is a globe-shaped section at the top of the pole, which is made of sections of wood, like petals. When the toggle is moved, the domed section opens out. The toy is lacquered in red, green and black. There is also a leaf pattern which is coloured in brown.
