Forked gun stock club with raised ridge running in the crotch between the striking head and the spur. The butt terminates in a stepped domed pommel. The concave underside of the head bears a panel of roughened surface and has traces of white lime paint. This example was formerly wrapped throughout with a complex pattern of coiled coconut fibre. Some of this binding has been lost or has become loose.
