Long, rectangular military banner made of silk with a black centre containing traces of a painted dragon in red and cream. This is surrounded by a cream-coloured damask with woven cloud patterns. This border is in turn surrounded by a pink silk edge with serrated streamers on both sides and the bottom. The top of the banner has been folded over and hemmed for hanging. The front faced, five-clawed dragon is shown amid clouds and above a stylised mountain. A flaming pearl is depicted above the dragon's head.
