Taxidermy case of adult male and adult female Common Whitethroat. According to Edward Hart, writing on 6 April 1927, 'Middle (no 1): adult female, May 5th 1887, summer plumage; bottom right (no 2): adult male, May 5th 1887, summer plumage; nest and six eggs. Obtained by me in Marsh Lane, Christchurch. Sexes differ; summer and winter plumage differ'.
