Taxidermy case of adult male and adult female Northern Gannet. According to Edward Hart, writing on 22 April 1927, 'Left (no 1): adult female, winter plumage, January 1880; right (no 2): adult male, winter plumage, December 8th 1883. Both shot by me in Christchurch Bay. Sexes alike, summer and winter plumage differ. Mounted by me'.
