Taxidermy case of adult male and adult female Greater Scaup. According to Edward Hart, writing on 19 April 1927, 'Left (no 1): adult female, December 23rd 1867; right (no 2): adult male, December 23rd 1867. Shot by me in Christchurch Harbour. Sexes differ, summer and winter plumage, male the same, female differ. Mounted by me'.
