Right-hand has 10 plastic tipped wood buttons on wood levers, open pallets. Left-hand has 2 bass buttons, one air button. Left-hand leather hand strap. Fifteen-fold metal-decorated bellows, with varying thickness: 3 thin, 1 thick, etc. with mock-crocodile papers.
