On top of oval paper label: 'Lachenal & Co.' 6.25" diameter flat rosewood ends, simple, beveled, pine boards, stamped on side: 'J Russell, Maker, London.' 48 keys: 24 each side, ivory with black accidentals, stamped and bushed. Green leather straps with nickel screws. Five-fold green leather bellows with gold star papers. Round end brass reeds. Ex-Sotheby's: lot 9, 26 October 1972.
